1. Yes means yes is a good thing to a sense because of the drunk and drugged but then again most people use actions not words.
2. It'll be harder and easier at the same time, easier when it's a drinking situation or drugs and harder when the situation is just sexual.

2. The right to vote and some freedom.

1. To me it means that WV doesn't have a lot of people wanting to go to college or with people needing the jobs.

 

2. Most people can't afford to go to college. Most kids coming out college don't know how to study and they fail out.

1. A reasonable punishment would be for him to be suspended and maybe having to do some counciling. I don't think he should have his kids taken away from him because that's how he was raised.

2. Back then it was okay to whip your kids but now you can't even really touch them without someone yelling at you for child abuse.

1. It crushes down the system.
2. They would be by military bases to hack military secrets.
3. To a point but they don't really need secret towers even though it would make them look better.
